ADAPTER CLUB #12: Design Students and Businesses

This event is in Estonian

Design and Business: How Does Collaboration with EKA Lead to New Solutions?

How can companies tap into the creativity and fresh ideas of design students to address their challenges, while giving students insight into business and the challenges companies face?

At this Adapter Club event, we will introduce LAETUS, the collaboration programme of the Faculty of Design at the Estonian Academy of Arts (EKA). Each semester, the programme brings together companies, design students and teaching staff to develop new ideas and solutions across a wide range of fields. We will hear about the experience of one collaborative project and explore the opportunities available to companies through collaboration with EKA’s design disciplines. There will also be opportunities to make new connections and discuss future collaboration.

We welcome entrepreneurs, representatives of organisations and anyone interested in the many applications of design, product and service development, creative collaboration and design thinking methods. Is this event for you? At EKA, we believe design thinking can help in any field and with any challenge!
