Adapter is a nationwide collaboration network coordinated by TalTech’s AIRE Centre, bringing together 26 Estonian universities, research institutions and competence centres. It unites top-level research expertise and development capabilities under one platform, providing companies with a single point of access to high-quality and flexible solutions.
