Service description

We offer expertise in developing cross industry/professional association-academia/vocational lifelong learning solutions that support associating competences with tasks and resources, validating competences, collecting competences to personal portfolios, discovering competency gap and providing incentives for learning the prioritised competencies. Technologies can be used in the pre- and inservice training context. Technologies combine ontology based competence management with learning systems that have analytical functionalities. Such systems allow personalised lifelong learning and enable closing the competence management loop between industry needs and training. Our experiences originate from developing prototypes for cross-organisational learning and managing portfolio-based formal learning
